作り方
- 手羽元を耐熱皿にのせ、水をかけ、ふんわりとラップをし、電子レンジ（600w）で2～3分加熱。
- フライパンでサラダ油を熱し、①の手羽元を肉汁ごと入れ、焼き色を付ける。
- ②にビールが飲みたくなる味噌たれを入れて、絡めながら焼いたら完成。
